Learn the basics of belly dancing while improving flexibility, balance and muscles tone. Basic hip and ribcage movements, isolations, arm and hand movements, shimmies, undulations and belly rolls are covered.

Learn the basics of belly dancing while improving flexibility, balance and muscle tone. Class includes body conditioning, cymbal work and veil work. Dance combinations with layers of difficulty accommodates beginners and continuing students.

After mastering the basics in the beginning level, students learn to layer the movements with tempo changes, footwork, arm positioning, combination patterns, veil work, finger cymbals and some choreography.
