After mastering the basics, students can transition to this level for more advanced technique, layering with arm positioning, level and tempo changes, cymbal playing and veilwork. Students will learn a short choreographed routine.

It is recommended that students repeat the beginning level at least twice for complete material. The Belly Dance Fitness Class offers non-progressive material every week for students of all levels who may want to drop in anytime during the session. Make up classes require instructors permission and must be done within the current session.
